The Story Behind This Challenge

With working in night, I felt missing out on something. Most of the time I was thinking rather than focusing at work. Eyes on the clock and the body stays restless. Sometimes I want to eat, sometimes I want to take a break. The Night schedule wasn’t working until I decided to change my habits and become a morning person. At a young age, it was easy but as we go along it becomes difficult and you need someone to motivate you. 

So, there came the thought of why don’t I create a challenge and encourage other like-minded people like me who want to change their lifestyle and become a morning person.
