No matter how much you deny, no matter how much I deny but reality doesn’t change.

It’s all in mind. 

Before trying to change anything, your current scenario, accepting the situation as it is, is very crucial. Accept that you’re not able to change anything.

This is the step that is ignored as you generally try to improve the situation without having proper awareness about it and when you accept it. Then only, you think of little things you can do.

So, make your mind aware and accept the situation as it is. After that only, take little steps.

Connect the dots.

The first step leads to the second step.

Sometimes, you try to make a proper plan and you will do like this and then this and in that touch situation, I can do this and then maybe I can rely on this part. 

Too much planning at times doesn’t work.

If you know this and tried it, try to do things differently this time. Take the first step without knowing the second step and take the best step you feel after the first step and continue doing like this till the last step and eventually you will connect all the dots to get to your goal.

Good Short steps leads to the target.

This article is not linked from the first line to the last line. From here I mean to say that if you feel the first and second tips are good enough for you to start now. You take it and implement the best possible thing now on wards as your purpose has been meant.

It’s called the “time utilization” when you get the answers you’re finding and then quickly do the needful.

“Every time reading the whole book does not give all the answers but the one chapter of that book, can give you specific answers to your query which you’re struggling with it from a long time.”

If you want to read more, then this point is theoretical and practically takes time.

It’s an old saying, “If you can’t trust yourself, no one else can”. Coming out of your comfort zone is not everyone cups of tea but eventually, we all do and you can also do.”

All you need to do is to  trust your inner child inside sitting in a jail or a dark room and say to him that stop fearing and come out of “fear and hesitation”.

Easier than done, long process but the most effective one. 

How to do it?

Take a diary and write down what you want to do.
Write it like for 10 days to show your willingness.

What will you get from this exercise?

A thinking mind who is now constantly thinking of solutions on you can come out of comfort zone and do the thing you want.

Another way,

Say it to someone whom you can stay accountable to, like as you said it now you have to come out of comfort zone and do the thing you want.

Trusting yourself is important but there are many ways and you have to figure it out and you haven’t figured it out start from any of the above two ways.

Try different methods or the ones you just learned now.

Sometimes, when I’m at home, I feel like “exercising at 5 pm in evening will give me the freshness I need to work at night for three hours and it’s a Psychological Trigger that works.”

Consider it as one solution you get in your mind in this present moment, for me it’s exercise and for you, it can be a different fun activity.

(A fun activity is nothing but that activity when time passes by and you don’t come to know about it.)

Final Words

Out of all five ideas, I believe in Trusting Yourself to Come Out of Comfort Zone is the effective idea, no matter how much other ideas give relaxation but trusting yourself helps you in the long term as you get ready to face the toughest of obstacles in life.

Trusting yourself comes when you decide it, some people learn after facing failures from their own ideas and some learn naturally by trusting people who love their life.  

My two ideas to trust yourself:

1. Write in the diary what you want to do for 10 days consistently. You will get a solution oriented mind as you wrote down and your mind will constantly try to find the solution. Problems are in diary and solutions in mind. Simple mantra.

2. Say it to someone whom you feel accountable to. This can also help you come out of your comfort zone as you now won’t run away from the problems.
